I’ve finally found a plumber I can trust for life! I can only say great things about the plumbing service I received here in El Paso. When my shower faucet wouldn’t stop leaking, even after my son tried replacing the shower head, I knew it was time to call in a professional plumber. I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service in El Paso! I called about a plumbing emergency, and Liam answered right away, making sure someone would come out that same day. Brad arrived quickly and got straight to work fixing my issue. He explained everything clearly, from what caused the problem to exactly how he repaired it, and answered all my many questions with patience. Brad also took the time to help me with some price estimates for future plumbing projects, and I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. The prices were very fair—much better than what I was quoted elsewhere. I’m planning to use them again soon for a couple of other plumbing jobs. Liam did an outstanding job for us! We had an old closet with plumbing that dated back several decades, and there were all sorts of mystery pipes hidden in the walls, plus some damage that wasn’t easy to spot at first. Even with all the challenges, Liam finished everything in just one day, and the work looks really clean and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and even explained a few plumbing tips along the way. I’ll definitely be calling this team again for any future plumbing needs—every job they’ve done for us has been top quality. We also had Gary come out to clear a tough clog in the main line. We had a plumbing emergency when our sewer line backed up, so we called for help right away. The plumber arrived at our home within a couple of hours and quickly snaked out the line, which gave us the relief we needed to get through the weekend. Later on, Brad and Liam returned to finish the bigger job, and they managed to clear the sewer line without digging up our yard or basement.
